I made this diaper cake for my friend's baby shower. I used a small bucket and stuffed it full of baby essentials. Then I used double sided tape to attach the diapers to the bucket. I then wrapped a baby blanket around the bucket. I attached a bottle bucket on top of the bucket and wrapped that bucket with a blanket as well. I stuffed the bucket with shampoo, lotions, pacifiers ect. I used ribbon and pins to attach the pieces together. Then I embellished using rings and little toys that matched the theme of the shower. I think it turned out great. Hope you can get some ideas from this!
